Clearance Process!!
Register Online at https://www.familyid.com/grant-high-school
First time users need to set up an account. FamilyID captures all necessary information as well as waivers. Once you have an account in FamilyID, subsequent registrations are easy!
Physical Clearance
Sports physicals must be current for the entire season. Once a physical is on file, it is valid for 2 years from the date it is signed by the medical provider. You can pick up a Physical Clearance Form in the Athletic Department or download one at www.pilathletics.com/page/show/1671535-forms
Academic Eligibility
All Freshmen begin with academic eligibility for the Fall Season. For Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors, eligibility for sports participation is based on GPA from the previous semester. For the Winter season, eligibility for all grade levels is based on first quarter grades and for the Spring Season, eligibility for all grade levels is based on first semester grades. Athletic fees can be paid online at www.schoolpay.com. You can also submit a payment by cash, check or card in our bookkeepers office.
